Situation & Solution:
Ready to Hire is a new IT staffing company using a proprietary technology platform to offer direct connections between elite IT professionals and the premier companies who are in search of them. Their methodology has successfully overcome the monster of all recruitment challenges -- the online job board “black hole” that results in many missed connections. Ready to Hire selected LyonShare Marketing to develop a brand awareness campaign to help grow their database of IT professional candidates.
LyonShare Marketing first developed a 60-second radio spot which initially aired on WMMR (93.3). To supplement these on-air ads, LyonShare also created print ads for the Metro Philadelphia newspaper, on the back of SEPTA buses, inside SEPTA commuter rail cars, and at various commuter rail stations throughout the Philadelphia metro area. Ready to Hire was pleased with the cohesive campaign created and they look forward to furthering their reach using additional media tactics throughout 2008.
