Client: Centocor, Inc. (a Johnson & Johnson company)
Situation & Solution:
Biotech company Centocor counts on LyonShare Marketing to develop meeting support and educational materials for their three annual sales meetings. These include a detailed guide called the “GI Report,” table tent cards and flash cards for quick access to sales goals and competitive information.
The “GI Report,” a multi-page educational overview guide, is distributed to Centocor’s Gastroenterology sales representatives prior to each sales meeting. This report has eliminated downtime spent on reviewing basic background information at the beginning of each meeting. Now trainers use this precious face time to detail new concepts and sales tactics, thus significantly boosting meeting productivity.
In producing these highly technical materials, LyonShare Marketing adhered to Centocor’s corporate branding guidelines, worked in a cooperative environment with another ad agency to obtain artwork and completed each project within tight time constraints. Centocor has again awarded LyonShare Marketing with another year of their meeting work and continues to add other new projects that require special attention to detail.
